Pakpoom has more than 30 years’ experience in his legal practice. Pakpoom focuses his practice on corporate and commercial transactions, project development, share sale transactions, asset sale transactions, litigation, financing and debt restructuring, insolvency matters and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Pakpoom spent more than 20 years in international law firms in Thailand. He has represented major clients in transactions involving a wide range of industries in Thailand.

- Advised Thai authorities on the development project of U-tapao International Airport in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Thailand.

- Advised a group of major telecommunications companies in Japan on the sale of shares in their Thai subsidiaries as part of the global business restructuring.
