His experience includes:

• Represented listed companies in acquiring majority of shares in a franchise logistic management company and advising on a joint venture arrangement among existing shareholders.
• Assisting an Italy-based company in establishing its gas cylinder tank factory in Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard, including obtaining an approval of the Board of Investment, purchasing lands, and reviewing a contract for the design and construction of buildings and a contract for the design and construction of mechanical and electrical works for a factory in the Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard.
• Advising a US-based company on legal matters in Thailand as parts of its global joint venture arrangement with a Japanese company (one of the leaders in air-conditioner manufacturing), which owns subsidiaries in Thailand and other countries throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America.
• Assisting an aerospace and defense company in reviewing and advising on a government procurement contract with the Royal Thai Navy for upgrading combat management and defense systems of frigates, and in acquiring a shareholding interest in a Thai company engaged in high-tech telecommunication products and related services.
• Assisting Thai SMEs in venture capital transaction with investment funds in Thailand.
• Assisting a consortium of financial institutions on telecommunication laws and conducting a legal due diligence in connection with their bids to provide credit facilities to a major telecommunication operator for expansion of a 3G mobile network and infrastructure in Thailand.
• Advising a multinational mobile phone network company on data interception and data access via mobile phone and e-mail usage in Thailand.
• Advising an international credit card settlement company on cross-border electronic payment transactions.
• Assisting clients in their corporate restructuring pursuant to Thai SEC and SET’s regulations, and in the process of Initial Public Offerings, as well as issuance of ESOP and warrants.
• Assisting and advising a Thai Public Limited Company on the process of issuing convertible debentures to foreign investors.
• Advising and assisting various clients in conducting legal due diligence and for merger and acquisition transactions.
• Assisting a Thai Public Limited Company in the process of issuing and offering a Depository Receipts to foreign investors and listing such Depository Receipts in the foreign stock exchange.
• Advising a Thai protective coatings company listed in the Market for Alternative Investment on the process of a partial tender offering under the SEC and SET regulations.
• Advising a Singapore real estate development company on selling its substantial stakes in a Thai listed company to a Chinese real estate development group.
• Advising a Hong Kong-based security company on its acquisition of a Thai cash transportation business.
• Advising a Korean shipbuilding company on a government procurement contract with the Thai Navy.
• Assisting a Bahrain-based company in conducting legal audits of its 5-star hotels in Thailand.
