Indonesian counsel for an international submarine cable project

Assisted a worldwide telecommunications company with the Indonesian aspects of an international submarine cable project. We advised the client on regulatory issues related to the submarine cable project connecting Australia to the US West Coast and transiting through Indonesia, and operational issues as a consortium member of submarine cable operators and Indonesian telco operator. Partner Zacky Zainal Husein led the transaction.
