Represented Holcim Philippines in proceedings regarding real property taxes on anti-pollution devices

Represented Holcim Philippines, Inc. in proceedings before the Local Board of Assessment Appeals, regarding real property taxes (RPT) assessed by the Province of Bulacan from 2011 to 2019. The issues in the case involve the validity of the revenue ordinance upon which the assessment was based, the proper application of depreciation allowance on machineries, and which equipment qualify as tax-exempt anti-pollution devices.
