S$200 million placement undertaken by Keppel Infrastructure Trust

Acted for DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch (“HSBC”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”), RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) in relation to an approximately S$200 million placement undertaken by Keppel Infrastructure Trust. DBS, HSBC, OCBC, RHB and UOB were appointed as the Joint Lead Managers, Bookrunners and Underwriters in relation to the placement. Partners Raymond Tong and Jasselyn Seet from Rajah & Tann Singapore; Annette Soh and Daphne Lam from Christopher & Lee Ong; and Dussadee Rattanopas and Jantapa Erjongmanee from Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited led the transaction.
