PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk.’s purchase of 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 Notes

Acted for PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk., through its subsidiaries, in its purchase of: (i) any and all of the outstanding of 6.75% Senior Notes due 2025 issued by Medco Platinum Road Pte. Ltd (the “2025 Notes”), (ii) up to US$60,000,000 7.375% Senior Notes due 2026 issued by Medco Oak Tree Pte. Ltd. (the “2026 Notes”), (iii) up to US$60,000,000 6.375% Senior Notes due 2027 issued by Medco Bell Pte. Ltd (“2027 Notes”), and (iv) up to US$70,000,000 6.95% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by Medco Laurel Tree Pte. Ltd (“2028 Notes”),  all of which are a wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company (the “Issuers”) and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. and its certain subsidiaries. Partners Bono Daru Adji and Intan Paramita led the transaction.
