CSE Global Limited’s S$24 million placement of new ordinary shares

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for CSE Global Limited in relation to its placement of 60 million new ordinary shares, raising gross proceeds of S$24,000,000. The placement shares saw strong participation, including from various institutional and accredited investors. CSE Global is a leading systems integrator providing automation, communications, and electrification solutions across various industries globally.
